The location at 9304 MINES RD, Laredo, Texas, is currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader, also known as Assistant Restaurant Manager, who will play a vital role in a management team. This position is full-time and provides valuable management and leadership experience with competitive pay. The Assistant Restaurant Leader is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating closely with the Restaurant Leader to coach and train staff members. Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- Skill in ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of food products
- Demonstrated ability to use Profit and Loss and store reports to influence change

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department standards
- Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use Profit and Loss and store reports to identify areas for operational improvement and implement change
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Maintain the physical condition and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals and deliver excellent customer experiences
