Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous retail or foodservice experience is a plus but not required
ability to work well in a team environment
strong communication and customer service skills
ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
willingness to learn and participate in training programs
physical ability to perform tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
manage fuel transactions safely and according to company policy
maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
stock shelves to ensure product availability
prepare and present food items following health code guidelines
provide excellent customer service through friendly and helpful interactions
promote customer rewards loyalty programs to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
