Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe store environment
- Capability to follow health code and food safety standards
- Excellence in cash handling and fuel transaction processing
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn and follow proper food preparation and safety procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including potential weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Handle cash transactions and fuel purchases accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store
- Stock shelves and manage inventory levels
- Prepare food items following health and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with customers
- Promote the store's rewards loyalty program
- Perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
