Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift/push/pull/lean 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with gifts, souvenirs, toys, sportswear, and tattoo selections
- Provide excellent customer service, suggestive selling, and describe menu items to customers
- Airbrush tattoos as shown on promotional banners
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages (coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas)
- Take orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean, well-stocked workspace and dining area
- Ensure beverages are made to high standards and maintain strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Keep work and storage areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Price, stock, and organize sportswear, gifts, souvenirs, and toys
- Maintain knowledge of all merchandise and assist with inventory control
- Follow cash control policies
- Accurately handle cash, balance cash drawers when required, and prepare reports
- Set up canopy and tattoo workstations, put out displays and clothing racks, check significant stock items, prepare workstation
- Balance cash drawer, clean equipment, store displays/racks, restock inventory, and secure all items properly
- Assist with training programs and special assignments as needed
- Follow all safety rules and procedures
- Use time clock properly, arrive on time, get overtime approved in advance, and minimize punch errors
