Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
no formal education required but good communication skills essential
prior customer service experience beneficial but not mandatory
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
basic computer literacy
willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies

Job Qualifications

basic computer/POS knowledge preferred
cash handling skills preferred
good verbal communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service to guests
process transactions on point-of-sale (POS) register
maintain a clean and well-stocked food and beverage area
clean and stock merchandise
prioritize work according to store and management needs
follow safety guidelines and report unsafe situations
establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers
perform other job-related duties as assigned
