This Store Manager role involves considerable physical demands, including working a minimum of 50 hours per week with exposure to various temperature conditions. Candidates must be capable of lifting items up to 50 pounds, performing physical tasks such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling, and operating a motor vehicle. Safety certification such as ServSafe or equivalent food safety management certification may be required depending on the store’s specific regulations.
