Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently, preparing fresh food items like slicing tomatoes and peeling potatoes, ensuring quality control by handing out only products that meet In-N-Out’s high standards, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation to and from work
- capability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- good physical stamina for lifting and moving supplies
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Taking great care of customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- receiving and entering customer orders accurately and processing payments
- organizing and handing out food and drink orders while ensuring quality control
- preparing fresh produce including peeling potatoes and slicing tomatoes
- working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and assisting others when needed
- maintaining cleanliness by cleaning workstations, store, and surrounding areas before, during, and after shifts
- preparing and cooking food items while adhering to high quality standards as skills develop
