As a Store Associate, you will start at Level 1 and receive thorough training designed to equip you with the skills needed to provide excellent customer service. Your duties will include taking care of customers by greeting them warmly, processing orders, and ensuring food and drinks meet In-N-Out quality standards. You will be involved in food preparation tasks such as peeling and dicing potatoes and slicing produce, contributing directly to the quality of the food served. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings, and nights
  • Willingness to maintain a clean and hospitable environment
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
  • Availability to work weekends and weekdays

Job Qualifications

  • Prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Taking great care of our customers
  • Receiving and entering customer orders with a smile and processing payments using the register or computer terminal
  • Organizing and handing out all food and drink orders while ensuring quality control
  • Preparing fresh produce including peeling and dicing potatoes, slicing and chopping onions, slicing tomatoes, leafing lettuce
  • Working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment by assisting others and seeking help when needed
  • Creating a spotless and sparkling environment by cleaning workstations, the store, and surrounding areas with daily cleaning duties
  • Preparing and cooking food as skills develop and opportunities for raises arise
