Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- positive attitude and willingness to follow company policies
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning and food preparation tasks
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Taking great care of customers with friendliness and anticipating their needs
- receiving and entering customer orders accurately and processing payments
- organizing and handing out food and drink orders while ensuring quality standards
- preparing fresh produce by peeling, dicing, slicing, and chopping
- working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and assisting others
- maintaining a clean and sparkling store environment through regular cleaning duties
- learning food preparation and cooking skills with opportunities for advancement
