Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Ability to remain upright and on feet for sustained periods
Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently including overhead lifting
Visual acuity to perform detailed tasks such as reading and computer work
Ability to work flexible hours including supporting opening and closing activities
Willingness to assist multiple departments
Physical ability to perform cashier and stocking tasks

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
Ability to provide compassionate and customer-focused service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cashier duties
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to support various departments and take on additional responsibilities

Job Duties

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues
Giving a warm and friendly greeting while assisting customers in locating items
Performing cashier duties accurately including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory
Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed
Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel and working regular shifts in the pharmacy for career growth
Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
