Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
Visual acuity to perform tasks involving small details
Availability to work part-time hours
Ability to support opening and closing store activities
Willingness to assist across departments including the pharmacy

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion and care
Focusing on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting and helping locate items
Accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing and managing inventory
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support across departments including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel and working shifts in the pharmacy as opportunities for growth
Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
