Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- Ability to occasionally lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force
- Ability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs of force and regularly lift negligible force
- Visual acuity for activities such as viewing computer screens, reading, and inspecting small details
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting with locating items
- Accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintaining sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory
- Supporting opening and closing activities of the store
- Providing customer support to all departments such as photo and beauty and ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
- Assisting pharmacy personnel as needed and participating in opportunities for growth within the pharmacy
- Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs that help customers on their health journey
