Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently including overhead lifting
Close visual acuity for activities such as viewing computer screens and inspecting small details
Availability to work part-time hours
Ability to work flexible schedules including opening and closing shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Basic cashier and inventory management skills
Willingness to assist in pharmacy operations and learn new systems

Job Duties

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion and care
Focusing on the customer by offering a warm and friendly greeting and assistance
Accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed and working shifts in the pharmacy for career growth
Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
