Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
ability to remain upright on the feet for sustained periods
ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
close visual acuity for tasks such as reading and inspecting small details
physical capability to perform overhead lifting occasionally

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
ability to provide compassionate and effective customer service
reliable and able to work independently and collaboratively
basic cash handling skills
strong communication skills
willingness to assist in multiple store departments

Job Duties

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion
offering a warm and friendly greeting while assisting customers in locating items
performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately
maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and managing inventory
supporting store opening and closing activities
providing customer support across all departments including photo and beauty
assisting pharmacy personnel and participating in growth opportunities within the pharmacy
advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
