Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
able to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
able to occasionally lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force, frequently up to 10 lbs
good visual acuity for tasks involving computer viewing and small detail inspection

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
previous experience in retail or customer service setting
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work both independently and as part of a team
basic math skills for cashier duties
willingness to learn and adapt to new services and programs

Job Duties

Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion
greet customers warmly and assist them in locating items
perform cashier duties accurately handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
maintain sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
support opening and closing store activities
provide customer support across departments including photo and beauty ensuring full stock and operational readiness
assist pharmacy personnel during regular shifts to support career development
advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
