Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently
- Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and small part inspection
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion
- Focus on the customer with warm greetings, eye contact, and assistance
- Accurately perform cashier duties handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
- Support opening and closing store activities as needed
- Provide customer support to all departments including photo and beauty while ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
- Assist pharmacy personnel during shifts as part of growth opportunities
- Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
