Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly including overhead lifting
- Close visual acuity to perform tasks such as viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts or details
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion and care
- Give warm and friendly greetings, maintain eye contact and assist customers in locating additional items
- Accurately perform cashier duties handling cash, checks and credit card transactions following company policies
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information and completing inventory management tasks
- Support opening and closing store activities when needed
- Provide customer support to all departments including photo and beauty ensuring departments are stocked and operational
- Assist pharmacy personnel including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as opportunities for growth and development
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
