Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- remaining upright on feet for sustained periods
- lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, negligible force regularly including overhead lifting
- visual acuity for viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts
- previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs
- demonstrate compassion and care in all interactions
- actively identify and resolve potential service issues
- give warm and friendly greetings while maintaining eye contact
- help customers locate additional items
- accurately perform cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies
- maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed
- support opening and closing store activities when needed
- provide customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
- ensure departments are fully stocked and operational
- stay current with updated services and tools
- assist pharmacy personnel when necessary, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities
- embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
