In this role, the successful candidate will uphold all guest service standards by adhering to departmental and property policies and procedures. Responsibility includes inspecting assigned areas for maintenance and safety needs and proactively addressing any issues. Daily tasks involve accepting delivered inventory, unloading merchandise, stocking shelves, and properly labeling items to ensure seamless guest service operations. Close communication with leads, supervisors, and managers is essential to maintaining smooth operations and addressing any challenges promptly. Monitoring supply levels for operational and cleaning needs will also be part of the job, making sure par levels are consistently maintained. The position requires the ability to manage confidential company information with discretion. Job Duties
- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards
- inspects all areas of responsibility for safety and maintenance needs and takes action as needed
- accepts delivered inventory, unloads merchandise, stocks shelves, and labels items
- communicates closely with Lead and/or supervisor/manager on all operating issues
- monitors supply needs for operation and cleaning and maintains par levels
- performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
- maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters
