Job Requirements
- At least sixteen (16) years old
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves using ladders or similar equipment
- ability to move throughout the store
- ability to perform bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- reliable and punctual
- capable of working nights, weekends, and early morning shifts
- US applicant must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements
- able to engage in interactive process if reasonable accommodation is needed
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- ability to adhere to cash handling standards
- knowledge of company policies and procedures
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and early mornings
- ability to operate ladders and perform physical tasks safely
- commitment to uphold company values and promote a positive work environment
Job Duties
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
- provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
- execute cash handling to standards
- engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
- assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
- participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
- perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance
- interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
- cross trained in custom framing selling and production
- other duties as assigned
