The Sales Associate role at STIIIZY is a foundational position within the retail environment, helping to promote the brand and ensure that customers have memorable and informative purchase experiences. Sales Associates serve as brand ambassadors, combining product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism. They work directly with customers to advise on the most suitable cannabis products according to individual needs, preferences, budgets, and experiences with cannabis strains. This role requires individuals who are curious, thoughtful, and sales-oriented, creating customer loyalty through authentic and personalized interactions.

Sales Associates are also key contributors to the retail team environment, working collaboratively to achieve company goals and uphold standards. They take pride in maintaining a positive workplace, adhering to company policies, and complying with all state and federal cannabis laws. The role involves exceeding sales goals, managing pick-up orders, and consistently seeking ways to enhance business operations. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • high school diploma
  • open availability to work all hours required including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts and holidays
  • must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday)
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting
  • able to work in compliance with federal, state, and DCC laws and regulations
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • high school diploma
  • hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability
  • open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
  • all employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs
  • at least 1 year of retail or hospitality experience preferred

  • adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
  • be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures
  • abide by all company policies and programs
  • adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
  • other duties may be assigned
