Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess basic mathematical reasoning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Physical capability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food handler's permit required

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Refined mathematical reasoning
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
  • Previous stewarding experience preferred
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Food handler's permit required

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware for banquet functions
  • Work alongside Culinary and Banquets teams to ensure flawless event execution
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Organize and manage time efficiently with a strong sense of urgency
  • Handle physical tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 pounds
  • Support team interactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout assigned areas
