Job Requirements

Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods
Willingness to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Previous stewarding experience preferred
Must possess a valid food handler's permit

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous stewarding or dishwashing experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic mathematical reasoning ability
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Food handler's permit required

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of all banquet china, silverware, and cookware
Collaborate with Culinary and Banquets team to support event execution
Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
Lift, push, and pull moderate weights up to 50 pounds
Manage time and prioritize tasks to meet event schedules
Communicate effectively using verbal and written skills
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
