Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Previous stewarding experience preferred
  • Must possess a valid food handler's permit

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous stewarding or dishwashing experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic mathematical reasoning ability
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Food handler's permit required

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of all banquet china, silverware, and cookware
  • Collaborate with Culinary and Banquets team to support event execution
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Lift, push, and pull moderate weights up to 50 pounds
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks to meet event schedules
  • Communicate effectively using verbal and written skills
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
