Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a stewarding or dishwashing role preferred
ability to lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds
excellent verbal and written communication skills
must hold a valid food handler's permit
availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
previous stewarding experience preferred

Job Duties

maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware for banquet functions
assist the culinary and banquet teams to ensure events are executed flawlessly and on time
efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
handle and dispose of waste in compliance with health and safety regulations
support team members through effective communication and collaboration
organize and store cleaned items properly to facilitate easy access during events
operate dishwashing machinery and related equipment safely and according to guidelines
