Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a stewarding or dishwashing role preferred
- ability to lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- must hold a valid food handler's permit
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- refined mathematical reasoning
- ability to stand for long periods of time

- previous stewarding experience preferred

- food handler's permit required
Job Duties
- maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware for banquet functions
- assist the culinary and banquet teams to ensure events are executed flawlessly and on time
- efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- handle and dispose of waste in compliance with health and safety regulations
- support team members through effective communication and collaboration
- organize and store cleaned items properly to facilitate easy access during events
- operate dishwashing machinery and related equipment safely and according to guidelines
