Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years relevant experience in high quality, high volume establishments
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- knowledge of sanitation and proper chemical usage
- knowledge of fire procedures
- knowledge of HACCP

- ability to build and maintain working relationships with staff

Job Duties
- Write daily task lists for lead stewards in designated areas
- check all back of house food and beverage areas for cleanliness and functionality
- implement cleaning schedules and training
- check all operating equipment daily
- communicate maintenance and personnel issues to Executive Assistant Steward
- control breakage and waste
- assign work for efficient use of equipment
- ensure compliance with company and departmental rules, policies, and procedures
- ensure safety equipment is used for appropriate tasks
- plan, manage, and monitor work while coaching staff and building professional relationships
- perform other related duties as assigned
