This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel’s china, silverware, and cookware, ensuring our culinary operations run seamlessly. The Steward/Dishwasher will work in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication skills and physical stamina, including the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate amounts of weight. This position offers open and flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the operational needs of the hotel.
