Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area, sinks, and storage spaces
- Assist with trash removal, sweeping, and general kitchen cleanliness
- Help restock clean items to the appropriate stations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Support kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed
- Work efficiently during high-volume periods while staying focused and positive
