Job Requirements

  • High school or equivalent education
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures including freezers and hot kitchen areas
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
  • Ability to maneuver in limited space and between departments
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
  • Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-driven
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per company standards
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Compliance with company safety and security policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent education
  • Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
  • Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computational ability
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of table and bar service

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans in the resort
  • Operate commercial dishwashing machine and maintain a hygienic working environment
  • Ensure all food and beverage outlets have necessary items for shift openings
  • Attend immediately to all spills and breakage, following proper safety procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and food preparation areas including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, slicers, steam kettles, tables, and floors
  • Remove and dispose of trash bags from receptacles
  • Participate in deep cleaning activities of the outlet
  • Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor
  • Assist service team as necessary to meet guest expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors
