Job Requirements

High school or equivalent education
Ability to work in extreme temperatures including freezers and hot kitchen areas
Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
Ability to maneuver in limited space and between departments
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs
Good communication skills
Detail oriented
Self-driven
Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per company standards
Regular attendance and punctuality
Compliance with company safety and security policies

Job Qualifications

High school or equivalent education
Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills
Basic computational ability
Self-driven and able to work independently
Knowledge of table and bar service

Job Duties

Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans in the resort
Operate commercial dishwashing machine and maintain a hygienic working environment
Ensure all food and beverage outlets have necessary items for shift openings
Attend immediately to all spills and breakage, following proper safety procedures
Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and food preparation areas including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, slicers, steam kettles, tables, and floors
Remove and dispose of trash bags from receptacles
Participate in deep cleaning activities of the outlet
Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor
Assist service team as necessary to meet guest expectations
Perform other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors
