Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures including freezers and hot kitchen areas
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to maneuver in limited space and between departments
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-driven
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per company standards
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with company safety and security policies
Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education
- Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Basic computational ability
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Knowledge of table and bar service
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans in the resort
- Operate commercial dishwashing machine and maintain a hygienic working environment
- Ensure all food and beverage outlets have necessary items for shift openings
- Attend immediately to all spills and breakage, following proper safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and food preparation areas including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, slicers, steam kettles, tables, and floors
- Remove and dispose of trash bags from receptacles
- Participate in deep cleaning activities of the outlet
- Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor
- Assist service team as necessary to meet guest expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors
