The Steward/Dishwasher role at Sofitel – Philadelphia is essential in maintaining the kitchen’s cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for food preparation and service. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
  • knowledge of kitchen cleaning equipment operation
  • awareness of food safety standards
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
