Job Requirements

Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs at shoulder height
ability to occasionally push or pull up to 75 lbs
ability to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently
ability to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces occasionally

Job Qualifications

Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
previous experience as a steward or dishwasher in a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required
strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and efficiently
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to ensure the prompt cleaning of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils
maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area, including washing floors, walls, and kitchen equipment
assist in basic food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team
follow all health and safety regulations and food handling standards
empty and clean trash and recycling bins
assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries
collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth flow of dishes during busy service times
assist in various cleaning tasks around the hotel during the evening shift
