Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to operate large kitchen equipment safely
- experience in dishwashing or steward duties preferred
- ability to follow sanitation guidelines
- good physical condition and stamina
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic communication skills

- ability to operate industrial kitchen equipment safely
- basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- sweep and mop floors at appropriate intervals to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers
- wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks and all other food prep surfaces as assigned
- segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers
- steam clean or hose out garbage cans in appropriate and assigned areas
- wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other food preparation machines and equipment
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas observing all safe lifting standards
- assist with banquet table and front of the house set up as requested
- assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product
- distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed
- comply with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements
- perform other duties as assigned
