Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor
- Must be able to follow established health and safety guidelines
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, and cookware used throughout the hotel
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all items are properly cleaned and stored
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing and kitchen areas
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks, such as emptying trash and keeping floors clean
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
