Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in dishwashing or stewarding preferred
ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
good communication skills
availability for AM or PM shifts
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
adherence to health and safety regulations

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of all hotel china
clean and sanitize silverware and cookware
communicate effectively with team members
lift, pull and push moderate weights
ensure kitchen and back-of-house areas are tidy
support kitchen staff in daily operations
adhere to health and safety standards
