The Steward (Dishwasher) position plays a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable standards the hotel is known for. This full-time, PM shift role (4:00 pm to 12:30 am, 8-hour shift) is integral to the cleanliness and organization of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. The Steward ensures that all these items are cleaned and sanitized to meet the high standards required in a luxury hotel setting. The role is fast-paced, requiring the ability to multitask efficiently and maintain good communication with team members to support smooth operations in kitchen and event services.

Candidates must have flexible availability, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the fluctuating demands of hotel business volumes and seasonal activities. The position offers an hourly rate of $27.50, with salary decisions based on experience and education. Job Requirements

  • 2-3 plus years of experience in stewarding preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting and lifting a moderate amount of weight
  • Must be able to endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
  • Must be able to reach up or down and remain stationary at times throughout work periods
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
