The role of a Steward at Park Hyatt Aviara is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation within the hotel’s culinary operations. The Steward, also known as a Dishwasher, is primarily responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware across various kitchens within the property. This position demands a high level of attention to detail and efficiency, as it is part of a fast-paced environment that directly supports the culinary team and overall guest satisfaction. The Steward plays a critical role in upholding the sanitation and hygiene standards essential to the smooth operation of the resort's food service services.
