Job Requirements

- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
- Availability to work full-time from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dish support, busser, or steward role is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work full-time hours, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Job Duties
- Bus and reset tables quickly and efficiently during service hours
- Assist dishwashers with loading, rinsing, and organizing dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of dish area, including floors, walls, and equipment
- Take out trash and recycling throughout the day as needed
- Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools to appropriate stations
- Refill water and supplies for front-of-house staff when necessary
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Support kitchen staff with cleaning tasks during prep and closing hours
- Perform deep cleaning as scheduled (e.g., dish racks, floor drains, equipment)
