Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years experience in a high-volume kitchen area
  • ability to work long flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand sit use hands to handle or feel reach with hands and arms
  • ability to lift and or move up to 50 pounds
  • specific vision abilities required including close vision and distance vision
  • willing to work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations in interruptive environment
  • must follow and encourage team to follow all safety policies and procedures including reporting unsafe conditions
  • ability to report all safety incidents immediately
  • must maintain strict confidentiality regarding food and beverage operations

Job Duties

  • Oversee all stewarding staff
  • oversee the cleaning and storage of all wares at BMO Stadium including all major culinary equipment
  • execute stewarding and dish duties
  • inspect kitchens workrooms and equipment for cleanliness and general order
  • ensure urgency timeliness and detail minded work habits
  • direct efficient and effective cleaning of all areas inclusive of walls and floors
  • ensure safety and security of employees and guests
  • maintain strict confidentiality regarding food and beverage operations
  • demonstrate knowledge of chemical usage operating a dishwasher and proper usage of a trash compactor
  • work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations
  • perform other duties as assigned
