Job Requirements

- Ability to safely lift and move objects up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashers, hand-washing stations, pot sinks, and trash compactors
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries, properly store perishables, and rotate stock
- Ensure clean dishware is stored in appropriate areas
- Use chemical detergents, disinfectants, and rinse agents for dishwashing
- Inspect, sort, stack clean items, and return dirty items for re-cleaning
- Manage waste by emptying trash bins, maintaining disposal areas, recycling glass and cardboard
- Clean and mop all assigned areas
- Report incidents and follow safety policies
- Communicate professionally and support team goals
- Move, lift, and place objects up to 50 pounds
- Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned
