- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds alone
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- Ability to reach above head and below knees, bend, twist, drag, and stoop

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashers, hand-washing and pot washing stations, and waste compactors
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries, properly store perishables, and rotate stock
- Ensure clean dishware is stored appropriately
- Use chemical detergents, disinfectants, and rinse agents in three-compartment sinks to wash dishes
- Inspect, sort, stack clean items and return dirty items for re-washing
- Place items on racks and spray hot water to loosen and remove food residue
- Sort, soak, and wash or rewash cutlery
- Separate dirty item containers
- Empty trash bins and maintain garbage disposal areas
- Clean and mop assigned department areas
- Dispose of glass in proper containers
- Break down cardboard boxes and recyclables for recycling
- Follow company safety policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, complete safety training and certifications
- Protect company property
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Lift, move, push, pull, drag, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Reach above the head and below the knees, bend, twist, drag, and stoop
- Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
