In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing a variety of kitchen equipment, including china, glassware, silverware, ovens, steam kettles, mixers, and more, using appropriate cleaning agents and dishwashing machines. You will also be tasked with maintaining the overall cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, drains, and production areas to ensure a safe and sanitary workplace. Additional responsibilities include operating and maintaining specialized equipment such as silver burnishing machines, organizing stewards’ work assignments, and contributing to training and performance management.
