Job Requirements
- At least three years supervisory experience in a high-volume resort required
- At least three or more years stewarding experience required
- A working knowledge of kitchens, dish machines, silver-plated equipment care and polishing, and chemical awareness
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related computer programs
- Communicate effectively in English/Spanish both verbally and written forms
- Professional appearance and demeanor a must

Job Duties
- Oversee the breakdown, feed, catches, and sorts of all dishes and flatware as it is brought to the dish area
- Ensure wash, sort and store pots in their proper location on shelves
- Oversee wall washing, ceilings, baseboards, floor drains, hand sinks, tables and cutting boards
- Ensure floors are mopped and swept daily
- Ensure the transport of garbage from kitchen areas to trash room is completed
- Oversee the polishing of silver, glass and brass in areas as needed
- Delegate tasks to department and ensure job requirements are completed correctly and in a timely manner
