Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No prior experience required but preferred
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to read and visually verify small print
- Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring hand-eye coordination
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Compliance with company attendance and grooming standards
- Adherence to safety regulations
- Friendly demeanor towards guests and staff
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of sanitation procedures
- Familiarity with dish-washing equipment
- Good physical condition for lifting and standing
- Ability to work cooperatively with kitchen and restaurant staff

- Willingness to assist in various Food and Beverage operations
Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Comply with company standards and regulations for safe and efficient hotel operations
- Operate dish-washing equipment to clean china, glass, and silverware
- Replace clean china, glass, and silver in proper storage locations
- Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils following proper sanitation procedures
- Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and restaurant
- Empty garbage from food and beverage areas into the hotel dumpster
- Maintain cleanliness of the back dock and dumpster area
- Know the location and operation of all fire extinguishing equipment
- Practice safe work habits to avoid injury
- Be familiar with all hotel policies and emergency procedures
- Follow procedures in the breakdown, cleaning, and reassembling of kitchen equipment
- Assist in maintaining the order and cleanliness of all storage areas
- Assist in setup and breakdown of restaurant buffet
- Assist banquets by supplying china, glass, and silver as needed
- Attend meetings as required by management
- Perform other duties as requested by management
