Job Requirements

  • previous experience in kitchen stewarding or cleaning roles preferred
  • ability to work overnight graveyard shift
  • capability to handle physically demanding tasks
  • willingness to comply with health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • wash dishes used in food and beverage outlets
  • maintain and sanitize all food service operations
  • perform dishwashing
  • clean all production equipment
  • clean floors
  • remove trash
  • deep clean all kitchen cooking equipment
  • deep clean all floors in venues
  • deep clean all drains in venues
  • general cleaning needs in all venues and outlets
  • remove used grease on property
  • dispose of trash
  • wash dishes and pots
  • perform any other cleaning assignments given by steward supervisor
