Job Requirements

Must be 18 or older
must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily
must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time
workable knowledge of dishwashing and proper sanitation
able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by supervisor or manager
must be able to pass background check
must tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality
must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Responsible for fostering a fun environment
safeguard company assets
responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program
maintain a well-stocked and maintained line
normal and deep cleaning of inside/outside of ovens and hoods
ensure proper storage of equipment, chemicals, and restaurant supplies in compliance with departmental, company, and OSHA standards
maintain cleanliness of the Backstage Cafe area
ensure all assignments are completed each shift
sweep, mop, and clear the EDR of clutter
work special events as needed
perform other duties as required
