Job Requirements

Must be 18 or older
must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily
must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time
have workable knowledge of dishwashing, proper sanitation
able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by supervisor or manager
must be able to pass background check
must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality
must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Responsible for fostering a fun environment

ensure interactions with guests follow ACES Service Program guidelines
regularly stand and walk while performing duties
maintain a well-stocked and maintained line
perform normal and deep cleaning of ovens and hoods
ensure proper storage of equipment, chemicals, and supplies in compliance with standards
ensure proper stocking and restocking of food line china and utensils
maintain cleanliness of the Backstage Cafe area
ensure all assignments are completed each shift
ensure the EDR is swept, mopped, and clear of clutter
work special events as needed
perform other duties as assigned
