Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous stewarding supervisory experience preferred
  • HACCP trained preferred
  • Must have valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous stewarding supervisory experience preferred
  • HACCP trained preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage people in all situations
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

Job Duties

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining high sanitation standards in all food preparation areas
  • Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all F&B service and kitchen equipment
  • Service ware in order to provide cooks, bus persons, and food servers with appropriate equipment for the guest dining experience
  • Responsible for achieving financial goals by minimizing costs without compromising the cleanliness condition of the kitchen
  • Responsible for implementing the policies and procedures in operating the stewarding department
  • Responsible for ensuring sufficient operating equipment and cleaning supplies for the operation, including the employee dining room
  • Ensuring the stewarding department is covered with staff during operation
