Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have food handler card or certification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds multiple times
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must work varied shifts including graveyard, swing, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Must comply with safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous work experience preferred but not necessary
- Must be able to communicate in basic English
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must have a food handler card or certification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds up to 20 times and push 100 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift excluding breaks
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to assignments
- Clean, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- Punctual and reliable attendance
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, service ware, preparation equipment, utensils, and disposal waste
- Follow daily cleaning schedules
- Wash utensils, cups, glassware, dishes, and other items used in the Food & Beverage Department
- Operate an automatic dishwasher
- Empty and transport trash to central receptacles
- Assist cooks with tasks such as slicing vegetables
- Assist supervisors in setting up and taking down company functions
- Perform all other work-related duties assigned by the Sous Chef
