Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Must have reading and writing skills sufficient to comprehend/complete a variety of documents
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule
- Must allow for changes in assignments and priorities depending on identified needs of the company
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the kitchen and food service areas
- Must be able to tolerate areas with temperatures in excess of 115 degrees near dish machine
- Must be able to use chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas
- Must be able to operate the dish machine
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
- Must be able to push carts, pull, bend, stoop, and stack racks of dishes and silverware
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, kitchen equipment, dining rooms, and banquet areas
- Maintain an upbeat and positive demeanor in all interactions as well as maintaining composure in handling difficult interactions
- Comply with company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Act as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to the company and encourages others to do the same
- Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned
