Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
availability to start training immediately
previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required
lawful authorization to work in the country
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
excellent attention to detail
strong team player with good communication skills
physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
willingness to learn and adhere to all health and safety regulations

Job Duties

maintain cleanliness of all dishware and kitchen utensils
ensure prompt washing and sanitizing of dishes, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
assist kitchen team by organizing and restocking cleaning supplies and utensils
operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently
support the kitchen staff to uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation
manage waste disposal and recycling following restaurant policies
multitask effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
