Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • availability to start training immediately
  • previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • lawful authorization to work in the country
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness of all dishware and kitchen utensils
  • ensure prompt washing and sanitizing of dishes, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
  • assist kitchen team by organizing and restocking cleaning supplies and utensils
  • operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently
  • support the kitchen staff to uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation
  • manage waste disposal and recycling following restaurant policies
  • multitask effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
