- ability to work day or evening shifts
- physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- previous dishwashing or steward experience preferred
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- ensure all dishes and kitchen utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- assist with staging and preparing food items when necessary
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen area
- follow all safety and hygiene protocols to meet health standards
- support the kitchen team by providing necessary equipment promptly
- manage dishwashing machine operation and maintenance
- contribute to a positive team environment
